Welcome to our charming yellow home in Polk County, Florida! This spacious 3,655 sqft retreat is perfect for families and groups, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Our home features 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3 bathrooms, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, you'll find all the comforts of home in this bright and welcoming space.  
  
As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living space, complete with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or just relaxing after a day of exploring. The open-concept design ensures that the living area flows seamlessly into the dining room and kitchen, making it easy to stay connected with your group. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and utensils you'll need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.  
  
Each of the 5 bedrooms is designed to provide a restful retreat. The master suite features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, and plenty of closet space. The additional bedrooms offer a mix of queen and full beds, ensuring that everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. With 3 full bathrooms, there's no need to worry about morning queues, as everyone will have plenty of space to get ready for the day.  
  
Located in a quiet neighborhood, our home is just a short drive away from many of Polk County's top attractions. Whether you're interested in exploring the local parks, visiting nearby theme parks, or enjoying the vibrant dining and shopping scenes, you'll find plenty to do within easy reach. Despite its convenient location, our home offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  
  
For your convenience, the home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and ample parking. We provide fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We strive to ensure that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience, and we are always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for local activities and dining options.

There was plenty of room, all of the rooms were much larger than the pictures seemed and our family of 8 was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The whirlpool tub in the master bath was great. There were grocery stores, Walmart and food places within minutes. The host was very responsive and helpful.
