This amazing property on a quiet street in Hailey was a perfect getaway for mehusband, 2 adult children and my parents in law. There were hiking trails at the end of the block, horses right across the street (on a neighbors property), coffee shops 5 minutes down the road in Hailey, and then all of the treasures of Ketchum and Sun Valley just up the road. The house was very well appointed, the bedrooms extremely comfortable, and the back deck with views of the hills heavenly. We stayed for 5 days in late August and could have easily been there for 2 weeks and never gotten bored. Close to town, but also very very private. We were delighted to find hiking and biking trails at the end of the cul-de-sac, which was the star of the trip. The setting and the outward appearance of the home are beautiful!!! Perfect for the kids playing and for all the big meals. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms met our needs to a tee.Unfortunately, the inside could use some attention. Some of the window screens and patio door screens are missing, and with no AC, opening the windows and doors is a must. Some of the bedding and towels were stained. Peloton was not usable unless you have a subscription. Having two washers and dryers would have been great, but one of the dryers was not drying the clothes. There was an upper cabinet door in the laundry room that would not latch or stay closed and was right in the walk way so was aggravating as people were always running into it. Hot tub had a slimy feel, so only used it once. There was a trash compactor which would have been great, but there were no compactor bags to use with it. Thus we had a huge garbage issue with that many people and only one medium sized outdoor garbage can. This property really should have a large dumpster, like the house my brother rented. Also, there were loose tiles on the master bathroom countertop and some of the kitchen ware could use replacing. It would have been nice to have some empty cupboards so we could put all our food away. If these needs were taken care of, we would stay there again. ##### Kristine P. Views are fantastic and property is walking distance from a trailhead where we spotted a mama moose and her baby (also keep an eye out for rattlesnakes. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. If you are going in summer make sure you pull the provided fans out for the upstairs bedrooms which were around 80\* at bedtime. ##### Sara G. The views are stunning from all parts of the house. The back porch and hot tub are a highlight. We were able to go down the street to a trail for our runs and walks and get beautiful Mountain views. We chose this location so we could get to sun valley easily but be a little closer to craters of the moon. The star gazing was the most amazing I’ve ever seen.
