We wanted to stay more off the beaten path on Maui and this upcountry cottage was absolutely perfect! It is super convenient for driving the Road to Hana, having dinner at Mama's Fish House and driving to the Summit of Haleakala. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the heavenly rain at night and awakening to the rooster crowing off in the distance. The property is gorgeous and we enjoyed having an evening cocktail in the hot tub that looks out towards the ocean. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the cottage and had everything we needed. They also provide beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear. I would love to return to Ualani again someday!
