« This condo is a great spot for a small family to enjoy Sea Pines. The property is spacious and has plenty of living space in addition to good sized rooms. Kitchen and dining area are well stocked with large windows overlooking the pool area. It is nice to be on the top floor of the building from a noise perspective. In our opinion, the extra flight of stairs is well worth the payoff of high ceilings and absence of neighbors above. »

« We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, furnishings were in great shape, tiled shower was wonderful, and everything we needed was included. The full washer and dryer/walk-in closet combination is most convenient. « On arrival we noticed a large patch in the screen door. The next mishap was a large puddle of water on the counter and floor from the ice maker. Okay. Ugly patch in screen door and no ice maker. Rest of this home was decorated beautifully and was very clean. Now comes property management staff. Can’t praise them enough!! Particularly Chrissy who answered my texts at all hours.
