What a nice place and a beautiful holiday home! The owner has decorated this house with great care, giving it a luxurious feel. There is a garden with a large terrace, a barbecue, and your own hot tub! In the yard, there is enough space for children to play outside and you might even see deer or pheasants passing by the house. Because of its location, it really comes highly recommended for nature lovers!  
Discover beautiful Haaksbergen: a hidden pearl in Twente! Looking for a cosy destination where nature, culture and adventure come together? Haaksbergen, located in the heart of the Twente countryside, offers everything you need for an unforgettable day out. Whether you like hiking, cycling or just enjoying an atmospheric terrace, in and around Haaksbergen you will find it all!  
  
Explore the vast forests, picturesque heathlands and beautiful coulisse landscape. Haaksbergen is surrounded by nature reserves such as Lutterzand and Springendal, inviting for long walks and cycling trips. For example, head to the beautiful De Oosterink nature reserve or stroll along the picturesque Haaksbergerveen, a unique peat bog filled with surprising flora and fauna.  
  
Haaksbergen is the ideal starting point for cyclists who want to discover the peace and beauty of Twente. The region is criss-crossed with numerous cycling and junction routes that take you past atmospheric villages, old farms and impressive views. Cycle through the rolling landscape and discover hidden gems you might otherwise miss!  
  
After a day in nature or cycling, it is time to relax. Haaksbergen offers numerous cosy cafés and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious regional dishes and local specialities. Taste a tasty Twents beer or a regional speciality while enjoying everything the region has to offer.
