Speak good English and impressed by their willingness and sincerity in helping guests solve problems. Check in speedy. We are very pleased with their great service which made our stay very enjoyable and memorable. Breakfast buffet spread decent. Room service, when we finally managed to get some, was not what we ordered and was not very nice at all. BUT the breakfast buffet was vast and over the top. I was very unimpressed. Decent hotel but has nothing around or even a cafe for a cup of coffee. Another 5 mins taxi ride to The Sun wheels. Both the rooms were comfortable with the room having the queen bed being very spacious and a large bathroom. The locality is rather quiet but just a minute away from the night market and about 10 minute taxi ride from the pier to take the Halong Bay cruise. The highlight was the fantastic Japanese restaurant which we ate at both nights that we stayed and the waitress was very friendly and professional.
