We had a one-night stay at The Westin, and I must say it’s the best luxury property in Gurugram. The hotel has a distinct charm and elegance that sets it apart from others in the region. Our room was beautiful and well-appointed with all essential amenities, including a refrigerator, work desk, and hot tub. The breakfast and dinner spreads were magnificent, among the largest and most delicious I’ve seen in India and the other dining options were equally impressive. The pool and gym were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. The staff was courteous, well-trained, and made every effort to ensure our stay was extra special. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The lobby is nice and elegant. Rooms however lack cleanliness. Our bedsheets were dirty and so was the bathroom, however when we informed staff they promptly changed the sheets. I have been traveling for over 20 years and the staff at this hotel was some of the best I've experienced in the world. Incredibly attentive and professional. The food was amazing. The staff helped us each morning with some of the dishes we were unfamiliar with and created food based on our preferences. The exceeded everything we could imagine. Wish all hotels could learn from this hotel, they were some of the best!!! Thank you for your hospitality and gracious hosting.
