Kardanakhi Estate is a remarkable destination that seamlessly blends Georgia's centuries-old winemaking heritage with sustainable hospitality and cultural immersion. Located in Kakheti, it offers a strategic base to explore the region's historic gems and natural wonders. The estate's roots date back to 1886, with production still utilizing century-old qvevri clay vessels and following low-intervention, natural winemaking principles without additives.

This accommodation offers a picturesque 4000 m2 landscape with gardens, a bicycle trail, and a fitness area for guests to enjoy the great outdoors. Culinary enthusiasts can indulge in the semi-open-air traditional kitchen, where they can take cooking masterclasses or prepare their own pre-prepared meals. The 2nd floor features a guest hall perfect for dining, playing board games, or enjoying the piano. Guests can also savor a complimentary glass of wine and browse books in the first-floor wine tasting hall. Throughout the property, multiple public balconies provide breathtaking views of the majestic Caucasus mountains.

In Kardanakhi Estate you will travel back to 19th c. This estate is not built just now under old features, neither it is heavily modified old building, this estate is a remarkable example of Kakhetian traditional winery and owners have kept its authenticity. Historical premises is coupled by staff members, those are literally neighbors living next to the premises and bringing local spirit in. And the environment is rounded by the food and wine that comes from the same place. In fact it is excellent place to take a break, to digest the thoughts, to interact or just try and know more about estate way of life and natural winemaking.
