The house was cool inside even when outside temperatures were above 90\. The internet was fast and there are two smart TVs (note though that guests must sign in to apps they want to use). The house is a duplex but the neighbors were quiet. There is no view of the small stream by the house but the West Tomichi Riverside Park is a 2-3 minute drive. ##### Doyle B. This house is at a good location. I like the reclining couches and there is plenty of room in the bedrooms. My main complaint of this particular home was that there are weak floor boards that are so squeaky that it woke up the entire house. This is focused mainly on the downstairs bedroom. It's close to restaurants, Safeway, coffee, you name it. The college is maybe 3-5 mins away, as well. There's a HUGE master bedroom upstairs with a king size bed. However, it was just me, so I slept in one of the downstairs bedrooms and the bed was incredibly comfortable! This home is connected to the home next-door. You never hear the neighbors, except, when they come home. You hear their front door close. I live in a quiet area on the front range and was pleasantly impressed by how quiet this area was, especially with common walls shared with the neighbors.
