Two bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bath worked great and I didn't have to listen to him snore. Kitchen was well equipped, and the back porch room was nice for keeping our gear out of the way. We used the house as our home base during a long weekend road trip all around Colorado, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of two mother-daughter pairs. The house has clearly been lovingly cared for and updated, while maintaining tons of historic charm. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided, the check-in and check-out processes were very easy, and it was overall a great home away from home for a few days.
