Private: natural state property 1'000 m2 with trees, meadow. Bathing jetty. Rowing boat, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 16 km, supermarket 28 km, bus stop "Gunnebo Centrum" 500 m, railway station "Västervik" 28 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 365 km, sandy beach "Tovenbadet" 6 km, indoor swimming pool 28 km.
