If you choose to do so, SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK • Alligators & Snakes are known to be in the area. Stay away from tall grass and DO NOT feed the wildlife • ALL CHILDREN, under the age of 18, are NOT PERMITTED in the water area without an adult present. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES • DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture inside. • NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the balconies, furniture, beds, floors, or carpet/rugs. • When away from the property, set the thermostat at 75 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter. • Parking is ONLY allowed in the driveway or under the home. • DO NOT park in the grass. Parking on the street is NOT allowed. • NO trailers, boats or RV’s are allowed without prior approval. • Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. You will be responsible for any damages or missing items during your visit. • I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
