It has gorgeous granite countertops in the kitchen and a farmhouse sink. Hardwood and tile flooring throughout the unit. This unit is loaded with natural light with multiple floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see the ocean and beaches clearly from the living room and dining room. A spacious updated master bedroom with a new king-size bed. It also includes a daybed—a private entry through a sliding glass door for easy access to the balcony. Take your wine out on the balcony to watch the sunset. The master bathroom has been fully renovated too. Relax in the new jetted tub or jump in the glass walk-in shower that hosts multiple shower heads, new tile, and a new bathroom granite countertop. Your guest will enjoy a new queen-size bed and two walk-in closets—plenty of storage for extra luggage. Sienna is a well-maintained 12-story gated condominium that has permanent residents living here. This unit is located on the 6th floor. Security is a high priority with 24-hour security and cameras. This property allows just a few short-term vacation units. So, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. You will feel right at home the moment you walk in the door. The residents and guests enjoy an updated outdoor infinity pool, a pool deck, and an indoor pool with a hot tub. You can look out and view the ocean from the infinity pool waterfall. The premise includes an outdoor grill, lounge chairs, and a gazebo for entertaining. Before you start your day at the beach or pool you can work out in the gym on the premises. Or you can walk or jog the 26-mile sidewalk along the beach. Sienna is located on Beach Drive aka Hwy 90\. You are only a few steps away from the beach and the ocean. We as a family came to Gulfport for a 10u World Series baseball tournament for our Grandson. This was also their summer vacation, before going back to school in the fall. We really wish we would have been told Sienna was not kid friendly. There are so many rules for not only kids, but adults. Checking the parking lot to make sure your tag is on your rearview mirror, if not, your fined, kids can't play in yhe pool without someone yelling at them from an above condo or secutiry coming to say someone is complaining. I would never recommend this place to anyone, unless their are old, retired and rude! This whole place needs to do better. ##### Fred R. Our favorite experience was spending considerable time at TrainTastic, the largest model train display in the world. Pros: very nice and new or recently updated, immaculately clean, spacious, easy to find, guest bed was comfortable, kitchen has everything you need if you choose to buy groceries and cook, nice balcony with table and chairs, hot tub and indoor were a huge plus since it was too cold to swim outdoors, security staff are super friendly and do a great job of keeping an eye on things. Cons: located on a busy street so it was very noisy with the windows open, master bed was too firm for our liking, master bathroom only has a curtain and not a bathroom door, you need to cross a busy street to get to the beach - it’s not bad but it’s a little hard to tell that from the pictures.Overall great! ##### Darcie S. We visited for fall break and could not have been more pleased with our choice of Aqua Blue! The condo is beautiful and well appointed. It is very clean and well maintained. The owner has thought about every detail and provides the little extras. We love how secure the property was and felt very safe. We had absolutely zero issues, from check in to check out we enjoyed our stay. Our kids have asked when we can go back! We stayed here last year and the condo is still as clean and comfortable as last time. The owner is great to communicate with. Condo is very spacious. Love that it is gated and secure. This one definitely exceeds my expectations…Not one complaint! Newly remodeled nicely done. Very clean. Not over crowded. Quiet condo great for relaxing! Not far from restaurants and things to do! The color scheme was beautiful. Everything was clean. My children loved that they all had their own areas. We didn't have any issues but from the contact we did have, I know that our host would have been right there to assist with anything we needed. The location was close enough to anything we wanted/needed but not in a congested area. My family also loved the pool at the property. The security staff for the building were very kind. The only issue I could see for families staying in the future is the strictness (due to permanent residents) of the quite hours (10 pm-9am). We were gathering our children and all of the stuff that comes with them at a pool and as we were walking in the door at 10:02 the security guard was on the phone with a resident complaining because it was after 10\. The curfew did make it easier to help drag the kids away from the pool though :-) ##### Courtney D.
