Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located just one block away from the beach and offers a large, enclosed private patio deck with a fenced yard, BBQ grill, and table and chairs. Our fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and for your convenience, there's a stacked washer and dryer. Upstairs, the first bedroom sleeps 4-6 comfortably with two bunk beds, a 28-inch flat-screen Smart TV, a large closet, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom features a KING size bed, a 40-inch flat-screen Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private full bathroom. The third bedroom downstairs includes a QUEEN bed, a 32-inch flat-screen Smart TV, and a doorway leading to the patio deck. Our Smart TVs offer access to your personal Netflix and Hulu accounts, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. We also provide beach essentials such as chairs, along with other amenities. Unlike other rentals in the complex, we are situated away from the noisy train tracks. Our gated community has a shared outdoor swimming pool, and we have several identical townhouses available for large family gatherings.
