Sleeps 6 This property is managed by Pam Martin, Realtor, Keller Williams Alabama Gulf Coast at Orange Beach. No pets, no parties, no smoking. Minimum age to book is 25\. FREE PARKING - 2 CARS ONLY.. The ability to climb stairs is required. This fully furnished two-bedroom two-bath condo with a pool is located just a mile and half from the Hang Out in Gulf Shores and is just a few blocks from the beach access with a beach vendor. You may rent loungers and beach gear or bring it. A local beach store and many restaurants are close by. Even better, its away from the main traffic! This condo has 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper, 2 bathrooms, and full-size kitchen appliances and a full-size washer and a full-size dryer. The beds are made with white linen and there is an ample supply of bath linens. Bring your own beach towels. After a great day at the beach, just relax and chill in the pool at the complex! Bring bicycles or rent them. Enjoy the convenience of the store just right on the corner. See location marker for restaurants and shopping close by. Take a day to explore Gulf Shores and surrounding areas! You might find yourself at the Zoo, OWA (google it), The Wharf, Waterville, driving golf carts, historic Fort Morgan or fishing off the state pier! The area also offers golfing, theaters, bowling alley and numerous restaurants! I was happy with the cleanliness and overall safe feel from the area and surroundings. Make sure to pack/buy any seasoning and condiments and paper products you'll need. All dishes and utensils, coffee machine, etc were provided. The walk to the beach was a little longer than I expected. Just make sure to bring a flashlight if you're walking at night, there aren't many streetlights off the main road. Lastly, the pool looks a lot bigger in pictures, so we were a little disappointed with that and it needs some maintenance as my spouse nearly cut his foot on the bottom where some of the concrete was cracked. We were thankful for extra air filters... we changed it out due to allergy issues because it hadn't been changed since March. Just a suggestion for the master bath shower, it was a little frustrating with the leak in the showerhead. It was still usable but, very messy. If it's possible to replace it, that would be great.Neighbors were super friendly!Thank you for an overall nice stay! ##### Billy P. Well stocked with dishes, towels, and extra blankets. It had any kitchen utensils anyone could ever need. Quiet neighborhood. Short bike ride or walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. The kids loved the pool which was very clean. Just make sure u take toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, trash bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent.
