Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place was good for my husband & I. Would not recommend more than 2. The kitchen was smaller than I realized. The cabinets could use some organization to help find things. We didn’t spend much time inside. The bed!!!! The bed needs some attention. I did like the shelves on the sides. Good place for phone and glasses. The windows are perfect!!! I raised the one by the bed and you could hear the waves. The balcony had puddles of water standing. Some were so deep if you had on flip flops your feet would get wet. Contacted manager but no one showed up. So that was a headache. Would recommend for just a night or two stay. Just not roomy enough for us. The lady at the security gate needs a raise! She’s the best!

Short beach stay

The condo was very, very nice. We had a unit facing the ocean! If you stay there, know that parking is an additional $35, there were no hand towels or wash cloths and no additional beach towels. However we were supplied with 4 towels. The location is a bit remote with stores 10+ mins away. There is only one dining area on the property and it is small. Enjoyed having umbrellas and lounge chairs available to rent for $40/day. We would definitely go back!

Small quiet beach condo

Great location, room overlooking the beach, everything was in place. The bed and sofa bed was ok, but needs and upgrade. One of the chairs needs to be steam cleaned.

Great getaway destination

Enjoyed the peace and quiet of Fort Morgan. A lot less populated than Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Love Gulf Shores and Orange beach but was looking for something quiet and away from the crowds. Will definitely stay again.

Nice enough

This property worked okay for a last minute getaway. Room had a nice view but was inconvenient coming and going to the beach but I guess that is to be expected being on the 4th floor. Our 6 year old slept on the pull out and I definitely wouldn't recommend it for anything other than a small child as it was super uncomfortable the small amounts of time I laid with her. Kitchen was sufficient. Bathroom shower could use some updating. Shower head is very short if that bothers you.

Great condo - poorly represented view

This was such a great condo inside! Clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. The balcony however was completely covered with a scaffold and a big blue tarp that blocked our entire view of the Gulf. Now, I understand construction - but this was not disclosed in the description or at any point during the booking process. If that was disclosed, I probably would have looked at a different property. That’s the only problem. We did have a good time and loved eating at the Sassy Bass which is located on the bottom floor of the condo unit. We would stay here again, but I will make double triple sure that there is no scaffold and tarp at my unit.

2020 Get Away

Me and my mother really enjoyed our stay. The place is cute and had everything we needed. Some guest were a bit noisy and out of hand. Police was quick to arrive and take care of things. Over all a good stay

Not what we expected

The building is very old and very uninviting... the condo itself has mold in the ceilings and bathrooms, the kitchen lights were broken, as well as the bathroom toilet paper holder etc. Poorly maintained. Chair in living room area was extremely dirty with what looked like sweat, the front door has a quarter inch gap under it and we had to block it with a towel to stop whistling noises from the AV. Balcony is tiny but the view was great at least. Thankfully we only stayed one night, unfortunately we were very disappointed with the condo.

Great condo and great view!

This condo was perfect for my daughter and I. The room was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. The view was amazing! The only downside was the balcony. It had rained before we got there and rained a few days while we were there. The balcony had water standing in it. We were unable to sit or stand on the balcony without standing in water. It was very disappointing to be unable to use it. Other than that the room was perfect! We would definitely stay there again.
