We enjoyed the private beach area and deck with amazing views. You are able to swim in the lagoon. It was very shallow. Bottom is sandy but would recommend water shoes. The kayaks were fun, but were taking on an after still. Kids loved fishing and crabbing off the docks as well. Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the house. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time, other than new bed sheets and towels. There was dust on everything, floor not swept or mopped. The glass door was dirty going outside. The trash can was dirty along with the wall behind the trash. There were tons of little black ants all over the fireplace. Also ants in the sand everywhere outside and burs that were being tracked into the house. Everyone was getting bug bites from something. Not sure if it was inside or outside the house. We had to replace the batteries in the locks because they were all almost dead when we arrived at the house. The hot tub had a bunch of sand in it. Never saw anyone come to clean the beach either. ##### kristen n. From the dock & kayaks, to the cozy couches & huge windows with a view. Stocked with everything from coffee pods to board games. We enjoyed every second. We stayed 5 nights and no one was ready to leave. The beds were so comfortable which is a huge bonus. We had 12 guests and there were still four empty bunks. Some were sleeping in queen beds alone. This little hidden gem was the most wonderful vacation finds for us in a long time. The house is very close to the GS action but far enough away that you can relax and enjoy all that the lagoon has to offer from your own private beach (literally). The lagoon is extremely quiet and peaceful with a few kayakers, fishermen and jet ski riders. Sitting on the deck enjoying coffee in the morning basking in the breeze was amazing and a perfect spot for an afternoon cocktail or your favorite beverage as you watch the day melt away with a beautiful sunset. The house is beautifully decorated and updated with plenty of space and options for single or multiple family groups. Hot tub, Kayaks and shallow lagoon water make for perfect options to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
