It is very well maintained and always very clean.There was an issue with the AC that required a HVAC person to come out. He came out that night and was able to temporarily get it going. The condo building was very quiet, which was nice considering it was spring break time. One item that needs attention are the plugs. Jul 22, 2025 #### Condo is great Vacasa is horrible We actually love this condo… We've stayed there two years in a row now. This is the first year we stayed in a Vacasa rental and will be the last! On the last day, they locked us out of our condo and it was unable to get us a new code to get back in. It caused a really big riff in our vacation! It was horrible. we were all locked out in the sun and heat when we are ready to come back in for the day. We were not able to lock the door from then on as well. So far they have been unapologetic and a nightmare to work with. Which is a huge shame because I really liked this room.… If you're not super picky… The back deck on these rentals definitely need some work!! There are some boards that are very dangerous and sticking out, but I like this rental had a rug over it so I didn't have to see all the damage… Unfortunately, they did have a lot of screw sticking out of the wall on the back deck that were very sharp and dangerous! We had to hang something over top of them so that my children would not get hurt!! They also had used Band-Aids hanging off the wall… I'm not sure what happened there… Other than that I really liked everything else about the room. It was the right price and like right location.
