Indies 603 is professionally managed by Sunset Properties. You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. This condo will sleep 8. · Master bedroom - King bed - Private bath · 2nd Bedroom - Queen bed · 3rd Bedroom - Two twin beds · Sleeper sofa This awesome three bedroom two bath condo has a king bed in the master bedroom that has a view of the gulf. This room has a bright and airy décor where the living room boasts a large roku tv. The second bedroom has a beautiful queen bed. The palm tree theme continues in this room that also includes a rokuTV, dresser, and en suite bath that is shared with the twin bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds in a room that is decorated with noble palm trees. This room also includes a dresser and a roku tv. The kitchen is just before the living area with a great view out the sliding glass door. The kitchen has all the large and small appliances you will need to make a fantastic meal. The living room has a brand new queen size sleeper sofa and 4 bar stools. A new dining table has also been added with seating for 6 in addition to the bar stools. The living area has a large flat screen TV and your access to the balcony. The view is amazing from the sixth floor and you can enjoy it at the table or in one of the chairs on the balcony. The amenities at the Indies include 2 pools, a gym, and a roof top terrace and they will have you coming back every year. Don't forget to tour the historic Fort Morgan just a mile down the road. Tacky Jacks is just across the road for fresh seafood. Book a fishing charter or a sightseeing tour at the marina beside Tacky Jacks. Sassy Bass is just about five miles down the road. For the golf enthusiast, Kiva Dunes is a short drive away. One GRC (Guest Registration Certificate) is included in the price quote. If you need a second one you can purchase it from the guard. $1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan! Plenty of room. The condo was beautiful, clean, everything worked as it should, and the complex itself is beautiful. Great view. Perfect location for Ft. Morgan for those who prefer a less crowded beach vs Orange. We would definitely stay here again. The pool was perfect, although it could stay open a little later. Only hiccup we had is we were not aware that trailers are not allowed on property. I didn’t see anywhere in my signed contract that they weren’t allowed. We were informed, after pulling a 4x8 uhaul trailer from Texas all the way to Alabama that it can’t be parked on the property so we had to scramble to figure out what to do since we were there for 1 week. It was clean and had very nice furnishings. Beds were comfy and it provided the essentials for our stay. The view from the balcony was great. Our family of 5 enjoyed dinner on the balcony every evening. An added bonus was the spectacular sunset view of the bay area on the front side of the building. The best part was how close we were to the beach. It was an easy walk. We were able to easily tote all our beach gear with us for a day at the beach. If you like a little more relaxed location then this is perfect. It is about a 30 minute drive to get to a grocery store or activities in gulf shores but it is an easy drive. We preferred being away from all the busyness of Gulf Shores. If you are concerned with social distancing but still want to vacation, this is a perfect spot. The beach was not overly crowded. Would definitely book again next time we visit the area. \*\*During our stay there was construction going on at the property. It did not really affect our stay in any way. Pool was open in the evening but we didn't attempt to use it. The roof top patio was closed. I am sure this was a spot we would have used but we were still able to enjoy our personal balcony. A bit cold, so we would have liked to enjoy the hot tub, however, We couldn't because children under the age of 14 are not allowed in it. Had we known that, we would have gone somewhere else. Pool water was to cold to enjoy. Need to fix the rotted table legs on the balcony. Only a 4 because of the HOA restrictions on the hot tub. I would stay here again in warmer weather.
