Welcome to the Tree Tops on the Ft Morgan peninsula! Imagine a serene vacation home nestled amidst the lush greenery of a coastal jungle, perched high in the tree tops overlooking the sandy shore and the Gulf of Mexico. This charming pet-friendly retreat is a harmonious blend of nature and luxury, providing the perfect place to unplug, rest, relax, and reset. This unique 3-story home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and will comfortably sleep 13 guests.

About Tree Tops

The original owner designed and built the home with the help of his wife and veteran brother. They harvested the cedar, milled, and transported the wood to the site. The new owners have maintained the original quality and integrity of the home. The inside staircase is vintage as well as the floors. This home is quite literally in the treetops!

The exterior of the beachfront treehouse is a sight to behold. Multiple decks offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf. The screened-in porch provides shade and protection from Mother Nature when needed. The bottom deck area provides another shady spot and places to sit and enjoy your surroundings. There are 2 outdoor showers and a pathway through the trees with steps/path down to the beach access for walking. Guests can also drive and park at the deeded beach access at the end of Veterans Rd. (see photo of access map)

The unique 3-story home has a separate suite at ground level that sleeps 5 guests with two single twins and a twin over full bunk bed. There is a refrigerator, microwave, TV, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the main level has the kitchen, dining, laundry, and living room with a sleeper sofa. The screened-in porch will be your favorite spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or to watch the sunset with your cocktail of choice. The master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo can also be found on this floor.

The top floor has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and walk-in showers. The north room has a king bed and the south bedroom has a queen bed with balcony access.

This beach treehouse, like the ones you dreamt of when you were a kid, offers a unique and unforgettable vacation experience, where the beauty of nature and the comfort of a well-designed retreat come together in perfect harmony.

Rental Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older to reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.

About Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!
