There is a king bedroom and bath on first floor. The size of bed kind of took from floor space and the bathroom is the only one on this level which was not a problem for us as we made it work but just something to be aware of for those they maybe needing a half bath on the main and not have to go upstairs.The master suite is on second level and very spacious with balcony. The street noise from balcony can be heard even during night. It was not a lot traffic but just note it can be heard.not sure if some kind of sound proofing could be done for it.there are two more bedrooms on second with attached baths. One is bunk room with two bunk beds. It was plenty of space for our family. We had an issue with master bedroom door jamming and just reported it to maintenance but worked around it. The pool is just steps away and heated for March and April which was nice and the beach is a quick stroll across the street. You can see and hear the waves from balconies. There is not much grass close for pet but there is also a nice trail or boardwalk to take out the fur baby for walks. We hung out on the balconies alot and were able to see a good deal of the ocean. The access to the pool was super convenient for our 5 kids. Access to the beach was easy, about a 2 min walk. The drive to grocery and restaurants was quick, usually under 10 minutes. We appreciated the covered parking spots. The A/C worked great and it was nice having separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs. Negatives: We had to clean out 4 drains to get them to drain. One of the upstairs bedroom doorknobs fell off a couple times. A dryer repairman came unexpectedly one day while we were at the beach. We had no notification that this was going to happen. We were only supplied with one trashbag for the entire week and barely enough toilet paper for 11 people and 4 bathrooms. ##### Amanda M. Our group consisted of 4 adults, one five year old, and a dog. Very happy with our stay. The rental, check in and check out processes were so, so easy. The house was clean, no maintenance issues during our stay. There was tons of space , beds were very comfortable. At a great location, close to main attractions and Public beach access was close, and not far to walk. The Pool is directly behind the house and easily accessible. No outdoor shower, but, theres a hose at the house to rinse off. The lagoon and a few piers are a close walk and are a great site to birdwatch and fish. Only complaint is the grill which, is very dirty, it should probably be replaced. There was also some decent amount road noise but it was not disruptive. Kind of far from restaurants but quiet for probably that reason. Loved everything about this home! We sold our beach home last year and this was the first time in over 30 years we had to find a place to rent. I was afraid that after owning a place that was directly on the gulf that we would be disappointed staying across the street. I was wrong. We had 2 toddlers with us and being right beside Lagoon Pass Park and Little Lagoon was perfect. The size and location of this home was fantastic and the fact that I could bring our poodle with us made it absolutely perfect. The home is beautifully appointed and I loved the master suite! Our family of 9 adults, 2 toddlers and a poodle had such a wonderful time and we all look forward to hopefully returning next year. ##### Kimberly S. Our only hesitation to rent again would be the close proximity to the neighboring houses and the lack of an elevator. Our neighbors were younger and partied into the night. All beds and bedrooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. Kitchen/dining/living room provides a nice big space for gatherings and for everyone to hang out. Location is also very good. Not on the beach, but very close to beach access (less than 50 yards) as well as Little Lagoon Park, which is perfect for smaller children. The complex in which the property is located also provides a nice pool area when you’re ready for a break from the beach/sand. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again without hesitation. ##### Kyle C.
