Indies 704 is professionally managed by Sunset Properties. You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. This condo will sleep 9. · Master bedroom - King bed - Private bath · 2nd Bedroom - King bed · 3rd Bedroom - Twin over full bunk beds · Sleeper sofa This amazing penthouse condo has spectacular water views from all rooms. The Indies is located at the end of Fort Morgan with miles of unspoiled white sandy beaches just steps away. All guests are welcome to enjoy the heated pool, fitness center, rooftop terrace with misting stations. Two charcoal grills are located on the property for your outside cooking enjoyment. This condo has bright beachy colors and fun accents that make it fun for the whole family. You will experience ten foot ceilings; crown molding, stainless steel appliances, tiled floors and Berber carpet as just some of the upscale amenities of the building. There are granite countertops and a bar with four stools in the kitchen. You will love the HUGE private balcony with table and chairs. Watch the dolphins jump and play or have a glass of wine and enjoy the amazing colors of the sunset. There are two King beds and in the third bedroom a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa, HUGE tiled bathrooms, four flat screen TV's, two DVD’s, are all included in this fantastic condo. High Speed Wi-Fi is available in this condo!!! You are only 300 yards to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Gulf Shores Marina, and Tacky Jacks restaurant is located across the street and they are only a short walk. You are also within walking distance to Fort Morgan State Park. Or take a short drive to Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge or the car ferry to Dauphin Island. After you have done all there is to do in the area set back and enjoy the sunshine and salty breeze that you came so far to experience. One GRC (Guest Registration Certificate) is included in the price quote. If you need a second one you can purchase it from the guard. $1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan! The property was damaged in th hurricane 6 months ago so I’m guessing that’s why the smoke alarm kept chirping like it needed a battery change. My husband changed the battery, still chirping so I contacted the property. They said they would come and fix it. They never did. We had to listen to the annoying beeping sound for four days. Also the cable in the bedrooms did not work. I contacted the property about it snd they said this is ongoing problem with the building basically they said there was nothing they could do. Awesome beach condo only 25 mins from the tourist spots, and no crowds on the beach. Left canopy, chairs, and toys at the beach all week and no one ever messed with any. ONLY issue with condo was the cleanliness of the floor. We arrived and floors looks great as well as rest of condo( no sand or trash). It didn’t take long to realize that the floors weren’t clean at all. Walking around with no shoes on for a short amount of time your feet would turn black. The cleaning company must only vacuum or sweep the floor and never mop it. Only complaint I have of the condo, the property, and the beach! Pool and hot tub at the condo. It is a gated community and the condo has security staff. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You won't regret renting this condo. The only negative is it is about a 20 minute drive to the "main strip."
