At the heart of the resort is the Gulf-front Clubhouse, a 26,000-square-foot hub offering a wealth of amenities. Including a full-service Spa and Salon, a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool (heated during spring break), a kiddie pool, a Fitness Center, a Game Room, Locker Rooms, a steam room, and a sauna. We had 13 in our group, perfect size for the number of rooms and beds available. Host was VERY responsive to our messages/questions/ concerns. Biggest downside was how uncomfortable the beds were, especially the King rooms. Sleeping on the floor was more comfortable. Some doors did not have locks. Also, with traveling 17 hours to this destination, and for the cost, would have expected more essentials to be supplied...toilet paper, hand soap, dish cloths, etc. Shouldn't have to supply those things for the price when it sleeps 13...should be able to sustain 13 guests. Beautiful patio area and loved the ability to walk to the pools and beach. ##### Leticia W. The listing has "private pool", there is no pool, only a broken hot tub. We called twice about the broken hot tub and were told the first time that they were coming to fix it and the second time that we did not pay for the hot tub and should have called ahead to pay extra for that "amenity". No where in the listing, does it mention this requirement. Household items were scarce. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and tiny sample toiletries for each shower (not enough for even one shower for the 9 people on our reservation). No dishwasher tabs, and one extra trash bag. The house was clean and the location was great, but the other issues were a distraction for the whole of our stay. ##### Jeannie D.
