Great View! Just steps from the beach, this updated & elegant beachside condo is the perfect getaway for couples or small families looking to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf right outside the front door. Located in a low-density area and building (Sun Chase), the condo offers a peaceful and charming environment with less crowding and more privacy on the beach. The building is surrounded by smaller complexes with no large high-rise buildings to block your views. The condo is located on the 3rd floor so no one is above you. Note: The complex does not have an elevator. The condo offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a tastefully decorated living area and a fully equipped, updated kitchen. Step outside the front door onto the West-facing side deck and take in the refreshing sea breeze while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail as you watch the sun go down. Look out to the Gulf and take in the breathtaking views of the coastline. Condo Overview: \* Sleeps 6 \* 2 bedrooms - each with a queen size bed and a flat-screen TV \* Free WiFi \* Queen-size sofa sleeper (with new memory foam mattress) in the living room \* 1 full bath \* Tile throughout unit \* Granite in kitchen and bath \* Updated cabinets and new stainless steel appliances \* Full-size washer and dryer in unit \* Fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need \* Large dining table/area \* Smart TV in living room Property Overview: \* The condo is just steps from the beach, down the stairs and through the parking area. No lugging beach equipment a long distance or crossing busy streets. \* Gated area with pool and hot tub just outside your door and down the stairs. A $75 fee will be charged if the pool fob to access the gated area is not returned at the end of your stay. The pool is heated during colder months. \* BBQ grill and picnic area overlooking the Gulf. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants & convenience stores, and approximately 1.8 miles to Highway 59 and The Hangout, Gulf Shores nightlife & souvenir shops. PARKING Parking is $52 per stay. You will have one dedicated parking space under the building marked 303\. The condo was clean, well supplied with everything you would need, and charmingly decorated. Nikki was quick to respond to anything we needed without question. There were 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed which served all our needs. It was a tad smaller than I expected but it was perfect for our needs. The only downside you need to be aware of is that it’s on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. They were very clear about that up front so no surprises there. The host was super quick to respond and very sweet. We had everything we needed to cook meals, and the laundry was done before we got home thanks to the washer and dryer! It’s RIGHT on the beach. My only true complaint is that it didn’t last long enough! Nicki was truly great, and made our experience full of ease from start to finish. I have never stayed at a condo that was as stocked with beach essentials! There were beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc.. I’m already planning my trip for next year! Thanks again, Nicki, for all of your help! \*\*I will add that if you have any health condition that makes stairs hard for you, this condo may not be the best fit for you.
