Parking Included! Just steps from the beach, this newly updated & elegant beachside condo is the perfect getaway for couples or small families looking to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf right outside the front door. Located in a low-density area and building (Sunchase), the condo offers a peaceful and charming environment with less crowding and more privacy on the beach. The building is surrounded by smaller complexes with no large high-rise buildings to block your views. The condo is located on the 3rd floor so no one is above you. Note: The complex does not have an elevator. The condo offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a tastefully decorated living area and a fully equipped, updated kitchen. Step outside the front door onto the West-facing side deck and take in the refreshing sea breeze while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail as you watch the sun go down. Look out to the Gulf of Mexico and take in the breathtaking views of the coastline. No lugging beach equipment a long distance or crossing busy streets. \* Gated area with pool and hot tub just outside your door and down the stairs. A $75 fee will be charged if the pool fob to access the gated area is not returned at the end of your stay. The pool is heated during colder months. \* Dedicated, covered parking space conveniently located right next to the stairs. 1 car maximum. \* BBQ grill and picnic area overlooking the Gulf. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants & convenience stores, and approximately 1.8 miles to Highway 59 and The Hangout, Gulf Shores nightlife & souvenir shops. PARKING The total nightly cost includes parking for one car (a value of $45). You have a dedicated parking space under the building marked 303\. The host was super quick to respond and very sweet. We had everything we needed to cook meals, and the laundry was done before we got home thanks to the washer and dryer! It’s RIGHT on the beach. The tool the pool is small but adequate. No view from the pool, but it's heated and has a hot tub and that's what we were looking for. It's a quiet and attractive part of the beach and a quiet part of Gulf Shores with one restaurant across the street in walking distance but other things someone farther away. We would come back again. The kitchen was fully outfitted with everything we could have possibly wanted to use. The bathroom is adequate. The lighting is great and most of the kitchen was remodeled probably Circa 2010\. We had beach chairs and a umbrella that we used. Everything with the property manager was great from our initial reservation, communication in between, check in and check out. The pool had been heavily used the day we arrived but it was quickly cleaned, shocked, and brought back to acceptable status the very next day. If you have trouble walking upstairs this won't be a good unit for you or if you expect to look directly out to the beach be aware that this is an interior looking unit with a side view to the beach. It was a nice location for us, more residential and less condo feel. We really just wanted a quick quiet get away to relax and recharge. The unit was very nice and clean!! It was well stocked and had everything we needed. It is perfect for 2-3 people in my opinion. The unit has a window that looks out at the beach/water to the west. There is not a door/patio to speak of to look out on the water. The host does have some patio chairs on the deck area, but people have to walk past you to get to their unit. It is not a Gulf facing unit. It faces the pool and street side. The pool and hot tub was closed during our stay due to construction. They were doing construction work each day except Sunday while we were there. It didn't bother us, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. So you might ask before you book if that is an issue for you. Lots of construction happens this time of year. We would definitely stay here again based on host and unit. I would be cautious due to parking though. Parking is very small. It would be very difficult to get in and out during the summer months I would think.
