If you don't feel like walking, you can take the shuttle around to all the other amenities that Kiva Dunes has to offer. Within the community there are 4 pools, tennis courts, fitness center, Kiva Beach Club, 2 restaurants and the award winning 18-hole golf course. There are multiple balconies on both upper floors to sit out and relax while enjoying the fresh ocean breeze. With a spacious open concept, it will be perfect for family and friends to gather.
