Guest Access: Welcome to Las Palmas! Las Palmas does charge for parking and there is a limit of 2 vehicles per unit. When you arrive to Las Palmas please park in the covered numbered parking under building. The facilities are older, but not necessarily rundown (a few broken railing pieces in main areas, chipping paint outside, stucco broken - there was maintenance working on some of these issues while we were there).
