San Carlos 809 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, beautifully decorated condo with an incredible Gulf-front view from the 8th floor. • Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom • Kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. Dining room table seats six, with four barstools for additional seating • Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit • Living area has a sofa sleeper • Primary bedroom has a king-size bed • Second bedroom has a king-size bed • Third bedroom features two twin-size beds with two twin trundles • No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry • Maximum of two cars allowed. Parking passes must be purchased onsite at the front desk upon arrival (floor 3). The 809 San Carlos unit was exactly as advertised, clean, large and roomy, many amenities, with a very large deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with white sandy beaches. The check in and check out process was very easy. The only slight drawbacks to the property such as the following: 1\. If parking is full at condo property you have to park across the East Beach Blvd. 2\. If you are a big and tall person like me, the master bedroom bed is too soft and the mattress needs to be more firm. The other beds were about the same. 3\. Other rentals we had in past included beach chairs and umbrellas for their guests. This one you have to rent them daily and they are taken up at 5 pm each day. We loved the pool right on beach and ease of beach access. The staff at San Carlos was excellent as well and very professional especially at check in desk.
