We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. The view of the water was wonderful from the balcony and we enjoyed the pelicans flying by every day. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. We had about a 30 second walk to the beach. Beach chairs in the master closet with sand on them, rusted through in some areas. Carpet should be pulled out as it is extremely dirty. There was an issue with the lack of directions to use the code to open the door, but the text was responsive and we were able to get inside in about 15 minutes. Checkout was a simple text. It’s in an ideal location—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops—which made everything super convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and we all got great sleep after long, fun-filled days.The condo itself is a little dated, and it shows in some of the furniture (one chair had a tear) and the carpet, which could use a good cleaning. The kitchen setup was a bit limited—there weren’t many pots and pans, and the coffee maker didn’t keep our coffee hot for long. If you plan on cooking meals for the family, we recommend bringing a few extra kitchen essentials just in case.One of the highlights for us was the fantastic collection of beach gear. There were plenty of chairs, toys, and even a wagon, which made getting to the beach with kids so much easier. We appreciated it so much that we even added a few things to the collection for the next family to enjoy!One helpful tip: the nearby stores all sell very similar items, and the starter supplies like toilet paper and paper towels were pretty minimal. With a family, those ran out quickly, so it’s a good idea to bring a few extras with you.All in all, it’s a great spot for families looking to relax, play, and enjoy time together.
