Features and amenities • Located right on the beach • Private balcony with a beach view • Full kitchen with modern appliances • Bathroom with a Jacuzzi • Outdoor pool • Fitness center • Picnic area • Barbecue grills Parking • Parking passes and amenity wristbands must be purchased/picked up on-site at the time of arrival. Parking passes cost $50 per pass with a maximum of 2 passes available per reservation. Wristbands are free of charge • Overflow parking for everybody will be across the street (handicap included) -no exception. Things to know • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. House rules • For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • All guests who choose to stay at San Carlos MUST sign a waiver upon arrival to the condo. • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
