This cozy and comfortable cottage is perfect for families or a group of friends looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway. The cottage features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms accommodating up to 10 guests. On the ground level you will find the master bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom including two vanities, a soaking tub and a stand alone shower. On this level you will also find a guest bedroom with 2 twin over twin bunk beds sleeping 4\. There is also a half bath on the first level. The second level of the home you will find a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and a guest bedroom with 2 twin size beds. Both bedrooms on the second level have ensuite bathrooms with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen Smart TVs for your entertainment. The open-plan living area is tastefully decorated and features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the appliances and utensils you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. There is also a dining area that seats 8\. Outside, you will find a spacious patio with a gas grill and comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco while watching the view of lush landscaping and boardwalks that will take you right to the beach. The Beach Club Resort & Spa requires the use of an amenities wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities, which include: indoor pool, outdoor pool with poolside cabanas & grill, The Coast Restaurant, fitness center, game room, and kids activities. The wrist bands are optional and if desired may be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival Please note that you do not need an armband for the use of the spa, beach access, hiking trails, activities courts (basketball, tennis, shuffleboard..etc), playground, grills, picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery, and the food trucks at The Village Lawn. There are two top class golf courses within 6 miles, Fort Morgan marina that offers offshore fishing just 7 miles from the resort, and historical Fort Morgan about 10 miles away or the Alabama Coastal Birding Trail, to enjoy during your stay. Important Information REGISTRATION FEE AT THE BEACH CLUB Registration Fee of $40.00 per vehicle per stay. \*Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts HOA Management Team, is too large will not be allowed to park. Prices subject to change at any time per HOA \*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee. Come see why memories are made here. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at The Beach Club several times over the yrs but this was our first time in a cottage. We had a large group of family & friends and even though the weather wasn’t the best (it’s been raining everywhere in the SE this whole month) but we made the best of it. We did enjoy some sunny days so it wasn’t a total washout. The cottage had everything we needed although we did have issues w/1 of the upstairs showers leaking water to the floor no matter what we tried to do to prevent it. The location was great and a short walk to beach, pools or the Village. Our kids loved it and loved having so much to do. There was no need to get in the car once we were there. My son was excited about golf simulator but it was not working. Some of the other games in the arcades were down too but other than that, everything was top notch. Our waiter was top notch at Clubhouse restaurant and the food was delicious! We will definitely go back! It was very comfortable for our family of 5 with a nice outdoor area for grilling, dinner or entertaining. Close to Beach Club pools and beach and walking distance to ice cream shop and restaurant.
