For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath. This room is located on the east corner of the building offering you a sweeping view of the area. One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property. \*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice. I definitely see a decline overall. While the location is perfect, their housekeeping was nonexistent, the living room furniture needs replaced desperately, the ice maker didn’t work and the employee on duty was not very accommodating. She was too busy eating and on a personal call to deal with anyone else. This has been a great place to stay over the years, but I would reconsider staying next time. ##### Janet B. With the elevators such a crazy mess and being on the 19th floor on the complete opposite side of the car park it was very stressful to go back to the store after arriving for simple things like soap and paper towels. The condo was very spacious and pretty clean. Some dishes were not clean in the cupboard and the microwave and cabinet had something sticky on it.
