Welcome to Rest Ashore, a beautiful brand-new coastal retreat completed in Fall 2024\. Designed for comfort, accessibility, and unforgettable family beach vacations. Located in the charming East Fifteen Cottages community, this spacious home is just one block from dedicated beach access, making it easy to enjoy sun-filled days by the water. With room for up to 12 guests, Rest Ashore is perfect for large families, multi-generational vacations, and group getaways. The main level of the home encompasses the handicapped-equipped Primary Ensuite, the fully stocked, eat-in kitchen for creating great meals, a spacious living area with a cozy couch that converts to a Queen Size Bed for extra sleeping, a convenient half-bath, laundry room, and a large balcony area with plenty of seating and a dining set. Head upstairs to find 3 more bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms, and the fun, built-in Twin over Twin bunks with Smart TVs on each! The Secondary Suite encompasses a King Size Bed, Smart TV, and a Full Bath with a beautiful, tiled shower. Guest Bedrooms #1 and #2 contain Queen Size Beds and Smart TVs. The owners have also provided a propane grill for private use on the ground floor. A Rare Accessible Beach Home Rest Ashore was thoughtfully equipped with accessibility features so guests with mobility needs can enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.
