All pictures are taken from inside the condo, or from the balcony, or on the grounds. New Kitchen granite counter and new cabinets. · Flat-screen televisions and DVD players in all bedrooms and the living area. ·Large sofa sectional in the living area. · Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances. · Table seating six in the dining area. Small 2 seating table in family room by window. · Full size washer and dryer. · King size bed, VCR/DVD combo, and balcony access in the master bedroom. · Master bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors. · Second bedroom has two queen-size beds. · Third bedroom has two full-size beds. · Table with four chairs on the balcony to enjoy the gorgeous Gulf-front view • Check in time is 4:00 and check out time is 10:00\. You will need to buy a parking pass for each car, Brett-Robinson is extremely strict during summer and holidays. Your car will be towed at your expense if a pass is not visible with-in a few hours, (2 car passes available during the summer and holidays, 3 car passes possibly during off season days) please let me know if you have more than 2 cars and are unsure about your vacation dates falling during high occupancy dates. The passes are around $52 per car. The $52 will cover your vacation days no matter how many days you rent. The price could go up before your arrival, but never more than $5-$10\. When you receive your check in instructions it will contain details about the process. There is no off site parking provided. Park at Walmart or any other store, or car pool will be at your own risk. You are able to use any amenities in Condos 1-4\. This includes all pools, work out rooms, spas, racquetball courts, game room (kids love this game room) located in building 3 and any other amenities. The bedrooms were large and the two secondary bedrooms had two full beds each which made the sleeping arrangements easy. The host was quick to answer my question when I first arrived. The condo was setup nice, just a few things that needed worked on- which i contaced the host and she replied back right away. We worked it all out. I will stay there again, if its available. I had spoken to the condo manager several times before and she was so helpful. Answered all of our questions quickly. We had a big group for competition and we had plenty of room to get our girls ready. Enjoyed the easy beach access as well as the different pool options. We will definitely be back! ##### Kimber R. Getting into the property was easy because the owner sent the door code. Everything we needed for a start up stay was provided. We visited the nearby Walmart to get more tissue. The condo is a little dated but it met our needs. This is my second time staying here in the past 5 years. I will choose a different location from now on until this one is updated or remodeled. The blinds were broken, the showers smaller as well. Overall we had a good time for a 4 day 3 night stay. ##### Quitta W. Things need attention. Outside chair has been broken for three years, recliner needs replacement, cabinet doors stick so hard you can hardly open them, door to the balcony doesn't slide well. Was dissapointed on the overall management of the building since 1 out of 2 elevators was working during check out time and it took 30 min head to 1st floor. ##### Allen G. We saw dolphins every morning. Easy to get to fun things on the water. Outside pool was nice and warm. Inside pool was on the chilly side but felt great on the sunburn! ##### mica g.
