Island Tower 2103 is a professionally decorated three-bedroom, three-bath condo with amazing gulf-front views from the west corner of the 21st floor! Located just 0.4 miles west of Hwy. 59 in the heart of Gulf Shores. Unit amenities: • Gulf-front balcony access from the living room and primary bedroom • Tile flooring throughout the unit • Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. Dining table seats six and there are four barstools for additional seating. • Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit • Living area has a sofa sleeper • Primary bedroom has a king-size bed • Second bedroom has a king-size bed • Third bedroom has full-over-full bunk beds (Children under 6 years old should not be permitted on the top bunk.) • Keyless entry for no-wait check-in/check-out • Maximum of two cars allowed • No boats, jet skis, trailers, or recreational vehicles allowed on the property Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited at the pools, fitness center, BBQ area, lobby, elevators, stairwells, and common area walkways. Living room, dining area and kitchen were comfortable and clean. Check-in was super easy. Main bedroom had really flat pillows and no pillow protectors. New pillows were delivered on request. When it came time to strip the beds upon leaving, I was grossed out by the stains on the mattress. Wish I had not seen that. There was no mattress pad. Bathrooms were dirty with mold in the corners of the shower unit in main bathroom. The other tub/shower units were also not very clean. Someone did come to clean the bathrooms one day after I called. However, they should have been spotless prior to our arrival. The pool was really small for the number of units in the building. On several days it was packed, allowing only a little space for each person in the water. If someone wanted to swim, they would have had to use the pool early morning or late night. Management team was responsive, however some of these issues should have been taken care of before the unit was even released for rental. ##### Maria M. The back bedrooms do not get good airflow and it is so uncomfortable to sleep in even with fans. There is an eco air system that seems to shut off at night and makes it miserable to sleep. Beautiful views, decor, cleaniness, the place is spacious and nice. The beds are the best I have ever had in a rental. Kitchen items, towels are plenty. Great place to stay we enjoyed it. The condo is very nicely decorated and pretty well supplied. Some considerations for future guests with respect to other places we have stayed: There are no supplied games or movies in this condo. Also, the bedding is nice, but no heavy comforters, so if you tend to be cold, you may want to bring a blanket. The kitchen is well stocked for every day, but not for making a thanksgiving meal. Bring spices, baking dishes, and extra pans if that is your intent. This location is great, but if you have an XL vehicle, parking may be a challenge as you can only park on the ground level. The beach location and view are ideal. We would book this roomy condo again! ##### Nairmeen H.
