The house was clean, and had everything we needed. It also had 2 porch decks on opposite sides of house, and both were nicely furnished we seating. TV's in both bedrooms, living room, and bar area, beach chairs, and umbrellas, and assorted other beach stuff available were a nice plus. It was quiet and all the neighbors were friendly and the beach is very nice and not too crowded. The space was perfect for our family of three. It was just right for a relaxing week between christmas and the new year holiday with some cooking (everything we needed), walks on the beach (so close!) and proximity to area points of interests (Ft. Morgan, ferry to Dolphin Island, walks at the wildlife refuge) and area restaurants (Jesse's, yum). Communication was great, entrance was easy, clean and comfortable. Morgan We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Paradise. 2 minute walk to the beach, this beach house is so nice and clean. There are extras provided, I forgot my phone charger and there was one there for guest use, that was very nice and so thoughtful of the owners. We will definitely be back! ##### Michi C.
