However, you will need to supplement with your own during your stay. A $250 fine will be applied to the credit card on file, and a damage report will be filed for any violation of this policy. Smoking is only allowed outside, with the condition that cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Furthermore, it's essential to note that NO ILLEGAL DRUGS, including marijuana, are permitted anywhere on the premises. ✔ SECURITY: To ensure mutual safety and security, we have Ring security cameras at the front door. Please be aware that these cameras are positioned exclusively outside and may record activities in their vicinity. As a result, encountering various wildlife is possible during your stay in our home or within the neighborhood. This diverse wildlife spectrum includes squirrels, deer, raccoons, mice, spiders, mosquitoes, centipedes, flies, skunks, ticks, bees, wasps, crickets, ants, frogs, snakes, assorted bugs, and other creatures native to the area. These animals inhabit the natural surroundings, and while we thoroughly clean and inspect the premises before your arrival and maintain routine pest control measures, we cannot influence their natural activities. Occasionally, a stray bug might attempt to find its way indoors, so we kindly request your attention when opening and closing doors to minimize any entry. Please note that refunds will not be issued due to natural elements, like insects, making their way into the house. Additionally, there is a specific season when mosquitoes are prevalent. Although we professionally treat everything on the property, we recommend bringing bug spray if you are sensitive. ✔ MAINTENANCE: All maintenance is normally performed prior to your arrival, but we reserve the right to conduct routine maintenance if necessary. This was our first time staying at this vacation rental, and we’ll definitely be back! The house is just a short walk to the beach and has a great outdoor space that we really enjoyed. The inside was just as described in the listing with spacious bedrooms and a welcoming living/kitchen combo. We rented the golf cart which made for easy morning beach setups. The community is very walkable and the kids in my crew enjoyed how easy it was to access the sports court and pool. It was also our first visit to the Fort Morgan area—much more relaxed than Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, which made for a perfect getaway. There are a few restaurants in the area and a Dollar General for groceries. ##### Lindsay J. This was actually our first VRBO rental. The house was clean and everything was orderly. We did wish that there were more cleaning supplies so we can do a better job before we left. It has everything you could need at the house along with a prime location in the Morgantown community. The property manager was amazing to work with and easily available at any time for any questions. Highly recommend! GET THE GOLF CART! I have to say, with multiple children and adults, the golf cart was the highlight of our trip. It made everything so much easier from the pool to the beach and to nightly cruises to wind the kids down. We took our kids, aged 13, 11, and 9 and my mom. The setup of the house was perfect for us! Having two master suites is awesome if you have two sets of adults. The beach along Morgantown is beautiful and the sugar sand does not disappoint! All of the homes here are clean and well kept in a beautiful community. Walking distance to the beach is very short, but the golf cart added even more fun and convenience. Rocky was very accessible and clearly cared about our stay and that we had everything we needed. We enjoyed being away from the touristy part of Gulf Shores and didn't mind the drive into town. We highly recommend Rocky 3, it does not disappoint! ##### Roxanne S. Rocky's home is perfect for extended stays with two master suites and plenty of storage. The kitchen is well-equipped and the proximity to the beach and town were awesome. We walked the beach twice each day with our dogs; there are many dogs here! Our favorite part was sitting on the back deck watching the gators and turtles. The locals are very friendly and two restaurants within 5 minutes made for a nice break from cooking. The Tiki Cookout was great for dinners and all of Rocky's suggestions for area items were spot on. It was the perfect work-from-home getaway for us. Great VRBO, all the items you could want, two pools and tennis courts that were almost always available so we could play at will. We hope to be back one day. ##### Julia S. While not right on the beach, it is literally only a few steps down the road. The kitchen is well stocked and all appliances are updated. Booking was easy, and communication was wonderful. I was a little bummed this year that to save money we decided to rent a house one block away from the beach, but this house did not disappoint! The house was very spacious and decorated super cute (Very modern and updated) Rocky was awesome to deal with. To be honest, I felt like he welcomed me into his home not just one of his rentals. The house had everything we needed and had a lot of things that we had forgotten. We rented the golf cart (which is a must especially if you have small children!) and the wagon came with it. It was well worth the money. We walked to the beach too because it is so close. The house is perfect walking distance to the beach and the pool. We will definitely come back and stay here again.
