Ocean House #1506 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 5th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with garden tub and shower and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. King, Queen, Queen, Queen. No sofa sleeper. Sleeps 8 Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23 Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice. STAY AND PLAY This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply. \*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Beds were very comfortable. The unit had about everything we needed. Loved the pool! It was close to everything and since we went on the off season there were no long lines or traffic There was an issue with the sliding door to the balcony. It was very hard to close. We texted management and they were quick to come and fix it. They oiled the track but it only lasted a day. The air conditioner was loud in the second bedroom with the Queen bed and may need to be looked at. We visit Gulf Shores every year and this will be our go to home away from home. We went in late September, so it wasn’t too crowded. The condo was nice & looked recently renovated. It was pretty clean. It’s not a big building, so no waiting for the elevator. Walkway to the beach was great because there are no stairs to lug your beach cart up & down. It’s also a very short walk across the sand to where we set our chairs. The management responded quickly to my questions when booking & maintenance responded quickly to a small issue I had.
