The views from the balcony include watching the boating activity coming in and out of the Perdido Beach Pass so you have entertainment early and late afternoon. Outdoor dining set for all your sunset balcony dinners. All brand new, fresh clean and across from Wolf Bay Restaurant, ice cream parlor, donut shop.... what else do you need? As you walk into this unit, you immediately are struck by the spectacular views from your family living area and Gulf Front that you will enjoy each and every day. This elegant 3 bedroom is a professionally decorated unit. It offers 1,771 square feet of open floorplan for everyone to have more than enough space to spread out! This unit is much larger than other Phoenix properties and one of the few with a totally private balcony. The gourmet kitchen will be sure to impress, offering professional -grade stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and custom cabinetry. The dining area features a wet bar with ice maker, making entertainment a breeze! This unit has luxury décor, space, and privacy for the entire family. You can enjoy both family time and a little private time when necessary. With premium mattresses and luxury appointments in the bedrooms and bath, you'll definitely catch up on some much-needed rest and relaxation during your vacation. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and adjoining bath includes a jetted 2-person tub, separate walk-in shower, and vanity with two sinks. The 2nd bedroom features 2 premium queen beds and adjoining full bath. The third bedroom offers another 2 premium queen beds with attached full bath! The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer conveniently located in the hallway. This luxury condo includes sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people (12 with air mattress/pullout sofa. Go down to hit the lazy river, finish with a jacuzzi and just take it easy in your home at the Gulf! The complex has a large outdoor recreational space, including the famous gulf-front lazy river with slide, the largest swimming pool in Orange Beach, the highly desired splash pad for toddlers, and even grilling stations! On the main ground level inside, there is the Olympic size heated indoor pool with a jacuzzi nearby in order to relax the muscles. There is plenty of walking space with easy access to the beach. On the lobby floor by the front desk, there is an extensive state-of-the-art fitness complex that leads to saunas. Parking passes are $55 per car and are good for your entire stay. Parking passes are to be purchased ahead of time to expedite your check-in (parking registration must be completed prior to arrival). From the moment I reserved our stay to the moment we checked out, we were well taken care of. The owners were so friendly and helpful and provided such detailed instructions for check-in, our stay and check-out. We were even able to check in early, which was a plus. The photos were spot on, and I would say the place is even larger than the pictures make it seem, which is always a plus. The view was amazing, the decorations were beautiful and everything was honestly perfect. Also, I’m kind of a neat freak at home, and the cleanliness of this unit exceeded expectations. I mean literally, it was spotless and I felt completely at home here. The rooms were very spacious, the furniture and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could ever need, even a crockpot! (Also, the wet bar had the ice maker with the good ice. IYKYK!) Oh and they even left little welcome items for children and our daughter loved it. It was such a nice and welcoming surprise! The facility itself was great, pools were amazing and not overly crowded. A short walk to the beach was a major plus, especially when carrying a million things down there! We were also able to walk across the street to Zeke’s as well as the ice cream shop and Shrimp Basket. Oh and i almost forgot, the fireplace was amazing! Property is beautiful, condo is exactly as described in the listing. They have a large indoor heated pool and hot tub, unfortunately they had it roped off and closed for most of our stay. The condo itself was decorated beautifully, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Each of the 3 bedrooms have its own bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. The only negatives (other than being unable to use the pool which is one reason we chose this condo) would be that there was a minimal supply of toilet paper/ paper towels so bring extra and the 55 per vehicle for parking. I have rented multiple properties through VRBO and have never had that expense when there is an on-site parking garage. Location, property and the unit itself were great. Communication was top notch, super cute decor, and very clean. Easy walk to the beach, plenty of big elevators, and a parking garage with plenty of carts available.
