The gorgeous white sand beaches of Fort Morgan are just a few blocks away from this little piece of paradise. Sit back and relax on the front porch or take a golf cart ride (see policy) to the beach. Walk inside into a vast kitchen and living area offering plenty of seating with a flat-screen TV. You'll find the kitchen well-equipped with all the appliances you need to cook during your stay and even a charcoal bar-b-que grill downstairs under the carport. Located in Fort Morgan with under house parking for four cars. This four-bedroom, two and a half bath home has an open layout, so it feels spacious and inviting. The dining room table offers seating for eight with additional seating at the kitchen island. Also, you will find a washer and dryer for your convenience. There are two bedrooms each with a king size bed, one with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom features a queen size bed and a double futon. The hallway bathroom has a large walk in shower and double vanity. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kiddos with full over full bunk bed; it even has a half bath next door. This house is pet-friendly home, so you never have to leave part of your family behind. You may bring up to two dogs up to 20 pounds each. There are ring cameras downstairs and in front of the house. The walk to SEE the beach and the ocean is about 4 minutes, but the access point to get to the beach (without walking through peoples properties) is about 14 minutes. There is no street parking for you to drive and the house did not have a golf cart at this time (rentals are ridiculous $$). We were very disappointed in that part as we have never not stayed directly on the beach, but this was last minute and since they said it was so close we thought it wouldn't be a big deal. Upon entering the house, the first thing we noticed was the couch. To say it was disgusting is an understatement... it looked like someone had thrown up on it + it was falling apart and every time you sat on it, it sounded like it would collapse. I immediately sent pictures to the property mgmt. and they said it would be cleaned AFTER we left. The response was quick and they apologized, but I would have appreciated something being done about it right away, but I didn't push it since we brought blankets and I just covered it up. Gross. The rest of the house is in serious need of a DEEP CLEAN. There are cobwebs and dust everywhere, the showers/tubs have mold in the grout, and all the furniture is worn out/dirty. I did quite a bit of sanitizing myself! Overall, if you want to be close to the beach and like a clean space...look elsewhere. ##### Meredith K.
