Truly a nautical retreat! The perfect place to spend your vacation at the beach! A LUXURY BEACH experience at Island Royale 704 awaits you! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is light and airy and has been updated! New stainless appliances. Beautiful Coastal Décor. An electric FIREPLACE that sets the mood in the living room. Constructed with STACKED STONE and an antique CYPRESS mantle. It can be utilized throughout the year, with or without heat. There's a COFFEE and TEA station and a wine chiller, which provides the perfect place to store your favorite selections. The condo offers 2 MASTER SUITES, with both bedrooms having direct access to en-suite bathrooms. The condo can sleep 6 comfortably with the queen sleeper sofa. There's also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The large private balcony is curved and offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The comfortable patio furnishings provide the perfect spot to wake up early and enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise, or to catch the magnificent sunsets with a glass of wine in the evenings. This unit is OWNER OPERATED. We are creating a space that we hope you will enjoy as much as we do! ONE BEDROOM with king bed and en-suite bath. There's also a desk/sit-down vanity in the master bedroom for those that need a workspace or just an area to sit down and get ready for dinner! We designed and custom-built the beds with extra drawers on the sides and a place to store your luggage beneath! SECOND BEDROOM with queen bed and en-suite bath that can also access the living area. KEYLESS ENTRY (no stopping to get keys or hassle with keys on beach). NEW STAINLESS APPLIANCES in kitchen with GRANITE COUNTERTOPS. LOW DENSITY, FAMILY ORIENTED COMPLEX (less people to share pool and beach with). WOODEN WALKWAY to the beach with very few steps to the sand and the water's edge. KING SIZE BED in master bedroom which also offers PRIVATE BALCONY access, and en-suite bathroom that is updated with a CUSTOM TILED TUB/SHOWER. NEW BATHROOM VANITIES in both bathrooms with GRANITE COUNTERTOPS. FLAT SCREEN SMART TV'S and DVD players in living room and both bedrooms. There are also 2 Alexa devices for your entertainment. They can be unplugged OR powered off if you don't wish to utilize them. HEATED INDOOR and OUTDOOR POOL with swim through access. 3rd Floor offers EXERCISE room, a GAME room, a STEAM ROOM AND SAUNA for guests to enjoy. 2 HOT TUBS, one indoor and one outdoor. GRILLING AREA FOR GUESTS with charcoal grills. First come first serve BIKE RACK. Don't forget your beach towels and binoculars for watching the Dolphins! We offer a stocked kitchen that includes basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, rice cooker, and a crock pot. We have a coffee pot, Keurig, coffee grinder, and a French Press! We provide start-up packs of toilet paper, soap, and detergent. Pier 33, a Convenience store located across the street, is a great little store that provides all of the extra little things you may need or have forgotten at home. No crowds and no long lines. We will provide parking for 1 car with parking permit. A maximum of two parking spaces are allowed but we only provide one space. You must purchase the additional permit from the security guard on duty or if he is not available, you must purchase it from the management office off location. The permit must be displayed on your windshield. GULF SHORES is Alabama's original beach town, Small town BIG BEACH. It has been a beloved spot for families to gather for many years. Enjoy the family fun entertainment, unique shopping, great food and especially the white sandy beaches and Emerald Waters! GUEST ACCESS The entire condo is yours for the length of your stay! Don't forget to check out the exercise room, steam room, and sauna on the 3rd floor! GUEST INTERACTION We live in South Louisiana and my family and I have vacationed in Gulf Shores for many years because of it's close proximity to our home. We have owned and Operated Rental Homes for over a decade and we take pride in our homes, going above and beyond to assure they are maintained and in pristine condition. This is our second vacation rental at Island Royale and we will continue to offer the same level of quality and Southern Hospitality to our clients! There are some covered parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. There is parking on the first and second level. You will be required to submit a copy of your driver's license, provide a contact number, mailing address, email address and sign our rental agreement to complete your reservation. OVERVIEW Island Royale is centrally located within walking distance of The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and many of the dining establishments, downtown festivals, and shopping. Approximately one mile from The Hangout! It's a short drive to the Gulf State Pier, the many amusement parks, Flora-Bama, The Wharf and Amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, Perdido Pass, jetties, Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels), the Naval Flight Museum and the Pensacola Greyhound Dog Track. A one hour drive west brings you to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. The Casinos in Biloxi, Mississippi are located a short drive west of Mobile. GETTING AROUND No Busses unless you are going to the casino in Biloxi MS (day trips). You can take the ferry to get across Mobile Bay and visit nearby Dauphin Island. You can rent a bicycle from Island Outfitters located a couple blocks from our complex, or you can bring your own bike. Getting around on bikes is easy with bike lanes on the street and extra wide sidewalks. Lots of people walk to their destinations, or of course get there by automobile, Taxi service, Lyft or Uber. Also close to airports in neighboring Mobile and Pensacola. This condo is a smoke free facility and you must be 25 years of age to rent here. Spring Break parties are not welcome here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented. \*\*All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID and sign a rental agreement within 3 days of booking. Guests are required to provide an email address and cell number for texting or a contact number. This can be sent by text or email. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information. \*\*\* A $300 security hold we will be placed on your credit card on file two days before you arrive and will be released after you depart if there are no damages. \*\*\*If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes. NOTE: Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot. Limited Tech Support Available. Everything was just as described in the listing—the beach view was amazing and it is in a very convenient (but not too busy or noisy) location. But what made our stay so special was that every little detail of this property made it feel so hospitable! From the detailed information provided before arrival, to the well-equipped kitchen, to the dimmable bedside lamps (my favorite), our host made certain we had everything we could ever want to feel at home. Rebekah is amazing to work with…Island Royale is super convenient to everything in Gulf Shores & parking is easy! The deck furniture is so pretty too! Beach toys were a plus! :-) The complex is not huge and is very clean-has an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub and the beach was not crowded at all. We LOVED this condo and will be back! The condo is absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you need and more. The location is perfect for walking to a few different restaurants and there is a cute little store across the street that has a cute coffee shop.
