It is an older property, but it’s well kept. The living space is not huge, but both bedrooms are spacious. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. It has like a 4 inch foam mattress topper on it. And I loved all the available drawer space. One of the things I look for when searching for a rental is if there are dressers in the bedrooms. I seriously hate living out of a suitcase on vacation, but that wasn’t the case with this property. We were really excited about the dog run off the back steps, but after getting stickers in his paws the first few times he went down, our Yorkie wouldn’t even go down the steps. We found some really nice grass right by the stop sign a super short walk away. The house is in a great location. It takes maybe a 5 minute walk to reach the sand. The street/light you cross at takes you right to the public access. The only suggestions I might offer - need some blinds in the smaller window of the master bedroom, maybe put a deadbolt on the outside door that leads to the 2nd bedroom (was a little worried about only having a door knob lock with my kids sleeping in the room), and although the hose was nice to wash off the sand, a private outdoor area to rinse off would be nice.
