CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase. The beach access was a few houses down across the street but still close. We loved having the pool right there for easy access. We had 4 adults and 5 kids there. Pool is private with the condo next door. Only complaint is that although the ocean is right across the road, you cant get to it unless you go through other houses areas. There is a crosswalk to public beach access just 5 mins away walking. Aug 27, 2024 #### Amazing visit What a fabulous vacation! The house was clean, large, and spacious. We came with our 3 kids, 10-15, and everyone had their own space. The kitchen was huge and allowed us to cook gourmet meals. The pool was clean, outdoor showers so helpful, and the beach wagon and toys added so much to our trip. The walk to the beach is less than 3 minutes. Really the perfect house. Any issue we had, which was small, was dealt with within minutes of us reaching out. We had 4 adults and two children ages 3 and 5 and we had plenty of room. We never ran out of hot water when several of us showered so that was also good. The proximity to public beach access was decent. The cleanliness of the property was just OK. The carpet in the upstairs is stained in several areas and in need of replacing. There were a couple of kitchen chairs and bar stools that had nails/screws in the seats (hidden by the cushions) that actually "got" a couple of us as we sat down. When that happened the nails punctured the cloth cushions and were visible upon close inspection. Those need repaired or replaced ASAP. ##### James T. Also sheet clips on the twin mattresses if they are not going to use fitted bottom sheets. We had to change the lock code a couple of times as entry was erratic. Needs a cutting board. We knew groups staying in other homes in gulf shores and it was easy to walk between them. Beach access was down the street but not far at all. The home itself was well-appointed and comfortable - including comfy beds. The management company was very clear about what would be provided but it still would have been nice to have more toilet paper and such.
