The adjoining kitchen offers a pantry, high-end quartz countertops, Café appliances, ice maker, liquor cabinet and an island breakfast bar that seats 4. Full size washer and dryer located on this level. The master suite on the first floor has a king bed, large walk in closet, TV and a door to the outside. It's en suite bathroom includes an oversized tub and 2 sinks. Master closet is big enough for a pack n' play (or two!) The 2nd bedroom on this floor also boasts a king bed and full bathroom with a pocket door at hallway entrance to make room a 2nd master. This 2nd full bathroom has a step in shower with grab bar.
