This 1,420 sq. ft. retreat offers an expansive balcony, open-concept living, and direct access to sugar-white beaches, making it the perfect beach getaway for families and groups. \*\*PLEASE NOTICE- San Carlos has an ongoing concrete spalling project at this time. Swing stages are set up on the South side of the building. During this time, it is recommended that guests keep the drapes closed anytime they would need privacy from 9:00am-5:00pm. CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase. This unit was absolutely the best!! From the view of the ocean to the comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen with even a wine fridge!! We loved it. It was super fast to get to the beach and that's important when you've got 5 kids and their toys!! The pool was perfect for all the kids too as the little ones could just walk in the shallow end. There were minor issues with the ice machine freezing up but besides that this place is very clean, spacious and directly on the beach. The place is very clean and nicely spread out, everyone had the own bathroom, the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we would need for cooking, and we got to wake up everyday with the most gorgeous view. If you didn’t want to get into a car all week, you had plenty of places to walk to to eat or get from the surf shop. You can also walk to the hangout which is a gulf shore must, great food with live music. The beach was right there so if we wanted to go up to our condo it was easy to do so. The room itself could have been cleaner (mold in showers, bathroom rugs were filthy). The a/c would cycle to 75 during the night which was annoying. The balcony, however, provided the perfect retreat with comfortable seating and a stunning view! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable, but I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you like them on the softer side. ##### Tonya H. Jul 30, 2024 #### Good Stay We had a clogged shower in one of the guest bedrooms on day one and they quickly fixed it by the afternoon on day two. The place was clean and wonderful views. Plenty of room for 8\. In the other guest bedroom the closet doors were off track and couldn't be used. Also in this room it has a designer type ceiling fan that did not work well and the room got stuffy; a “normal” ceiling fan would be much better. Also on day one the pantry closet in the kitchen didn't work well, off track. By Wednesday it was completely off track and came off. Overall, the place was good. ##### Connie K. Could not have had an easier time getting in and out of the condo's parking lot as we traveled to and from locations. Security men were friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The swimming pool was mostly clean the majority of our stay, minus a few cigarette-butts here and there around the pool area. We did notice a bad smell upon our arrival in the condo, coming from the small sink (near the wine fridge), and there was a sour smell from the washing machine when we opened it…. Both probably needed some general cleaning or plumbing done; but they both were in working condition. We noticed some issues with the plumbing/drainage in the two guest bathrooms (not the master bath). There was some EXTREMELY loud and concerning knocking coming from the plumbing in the wall between the guest bathroom and kitchen. My husband assumed the pipes are lose in the wall and need to be secured. Both the guest bathrooms had trouble draining, looked like sand was backing into the tub when slowly draining. We enjoyed our stay, even with the minor issues we noticed. Beachball made it super easy for us, and we look forward to our next vacation! ##### Ashley P.
