A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Beds and pillows are so comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, utensils. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The property ( room) was not cleaned as the website said it would be. There was hair all over the kitchen and in the bathrooms upon our arrival . The icemaker in the freezer did not work. The two showers had very little water pressure and did not get very hot. We even called the room to be serviced, and after the servicemen left the room, he said the problems would be fixed. They were not. The light under the microwave did not work. The fridge was took a very long time to cool down the food. There were cockroaches by the pools at night time. The room was very outdated compared to our friends room that stayed there as well. Vacuum needs to be replaced. Recliner was broken. Just overall disappointed.
