This house was excellent for multiple families to have enough space to rest, relax, and enjoy time together under one roof. Two living areas and two kitchens were an excellent set up for us all. Bring your own trash bags, paper towels, ect. and pantry items for cooking as they provide very minimal supplies. However, their kitchens were well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The house was clean and we really enjoyed our stay!! For our teens, the walk to the beach was not bad at all and we enjoyed many hours on the surf and in the sun! ##### Amanda R. The kids had a bunk room on each floor and their own bathroom in the hall way. Two kitchens and living room areas was a ton of space for us to enjoy each others company but also gave us space to not feel crowded. We hung out on the porch that even had a table that was also shuffle board game. Also enjoyed the pool area and couches outside( would have loved to see them have a heated pool). Even though it wasn’t on the beach, the walk isn’t bad at all. If you have littles, it may be trying, but we had all teens so we were okay. The two kitchens make it nice for cooking big meals for everyone! And having laundry on both floors helps so much! The elevator is a life saver!! Beds were all super comfy, and the kids really enjoyed the bunks with their own lights and plug ins for chargers. The pool makes it nice for when you just don’t feel like walking to the beach or when there is a double red flag and you still want to get in some water. The home is situated fairly close to everything. Not far at all from restaurants and shopping. The home is well equipped with dishes, silverware, a bakeware and plenty of linens. We put young on second floor, Mom and Dad on top floor some quiet time. It is close to the beach and has a pool. The pool is smaller than appears but the kiddos loved it. Loved the couch areas on the ground floor next to the pool and firepit. Loved the elevator. Loved having the exact same layout on 2nd and 3rd floors. Was perfect for having 9 adults and 7 kids.
