I have a family of seven and from teens to young adults ny five kids were all very comfortable. The King size beds were very comfortable. We were just enough away from stores for seem seclusion but not too far to feel like a big drive to get supplies. Great restaurants within 15 minutes. The beach is only a 2-3 minute walk and gorgeous. This is a great family getaway. There is a noise restriction between 10pm-7am which we loved. Gated community with security gate. Within 10 mins from main strip and reatrurants. There’s a huge, two car garage and a 5 seater golf cart. Tons of beach supplies/toys, chairs, and a tent. The main floor has a front deck, huge back deck, open kitchen with any cooking equipment you may need, living room, and master bedroom with master bath (big enough for a pack and play and away from all the noise, iykyk) and big laundry closet. Next floor up has its own deck, entertainment area with couches, tv, office area, and 2 bedroom each with their own closet and bathroom. There’s also an open loft with a twin bed. I believe there’s a couple of pull out couches but we didn’t utilized them. There’s a pack and play and a baby gate. The heated pool was fantastic and had a ledge perfect for toddlers! 5 min walk to a private beach or 1 min golf cart ride.
