Bel sole is located on west beach, surrounded by small beach homes and removed from high rises and tourist congestion, you really feel more like your walking into a spa than a condo. With only three units per floor, the lower density complex gives a lower stress and less crowded vibe. The stunning amenities add even more to enhance the spa feel. With heated Indoor and outdoor pools, and equipped work out facilities at your finger tips. Unit 1602 Bel Sole is a beautiful corner penthouse unit. With only two units on the 16th floor, this is one of the most exclusive units on west beach. Multiple balconies overlooking both little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico provide one of a kind views. This unit features two main bedrooms, one overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and one overlooking the Lagoon. With updated decor, this unit is sure to please. The condo has recently been renovated with all new furniture and fresh paint throughout. The main offers a king bed and beautiful views of the Gulf and large master bathroom. The second bedroom offers another king bed and views of the gulf and private bath. These two rooms share a balcony overlooking the Gulf. The third room offers a queen and twin bunk bed. The Fourth bedroom has a king bed, en suit bathroom, and private balcony. The lagoon front bedroom has a sleeper sofa. Off this bedroom the unit features a built in bunk room with four twin beds. This unit has a large laundry room. The living room and kitchen area have beautiful floor to ceiling views of Little Lagoon. The kitchen is stocked and has an under counter ice maker to enjoy! This unit gives you the best of both worlds! The property has much to offer, if you want the beach or the lagoon this property offers it all! After a day at the beach, you can enjoy fishing from the newly updated lighted pier. You can also take a swim in the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, or outdoor hot tub. There is also a workout room for your enjoyment! When your ready for the beach, you can enjoy the deeded beach access with private boardwalk to bask in the sun! This is located just across the street from the property. Bedding: Master Bedroom- King Bedroom 2- King and Sleeper Sofa Bedroom 3- Queen Bed and Twin Bunk Beds Bedroom 4- King Bunk Room- 4 Twin beds \* No pets allowed \* This nonsmoking unit will sleep 16 \* Allows up to 3 vehicles with this unit. 2 parking passes are included. A 3rd parking pass is an additional $35 plus tax. \* Policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25 \*Trailers are not allowed on the property \*Balcony Grill is not available for guest use. The complex has grills located on the ground floor. \* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay. Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival. Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days. Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer. An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card. It also offered ample space for our group, which met our basic needs. However, the amenities within the condo were lacking. Only two of the TVs were functional—possibly due to dead remote batteries—and there were not enough toiletries provided to last the duration of our stay. The cleanliness of the linens was questionable, as the sheets did not appear freshly laundered. The checkout rules felt excessive, and we were startled when the cleaning staff entered unexpectedly as we were packing to leave. Additionally, for families who plan to cook during their stay, we recommend bringing your own cookware, as the kitchen supplies were minimal. Beautiful and comfortable penthouse. The view is spectacular and cannot be beat. We did have an issue with the AC but management was quick to respond. Location is great with both gulf beach and bay easily accessed. Ice machine definite plus. If you plan to cook bring all seasonings and condiments.
