This unit will not last long for Jan or Feb as it has been reserved the last several years, but our snowbirds have had to cancel this Winter due to surgery. Reserve it ASAP before someone else! Competitive RATES! VERY CLEAN and VERY WELL MAINTAINED for ALL GUESTS! Weekly Discounts (7 days or longer) and Monthly Discounts (28 days or longer) Bel Sole is located on west beach, surrounded by small beach homes and removed from high rises and tourist congestion, you really feel more like your walking into a spa than a condo. With only three units per floor, the lower density complex gives a lower stress and less crowded vibe. The stunning amenities add even more to enhance the spa feel. With heated Indoor and outdoor pools, and equipped work out facilities at your finger tips. Unit 1403 Bel Sole is a beautiful corner unit with two balconies overlooking little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. With beautiful views from of the area, this unit is sure to please. The master offers a king bed and beautiful views of the Gulf and large master bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and views of the gulf and private bath. The third room offers bunk beds (twin over double bed), along with another twin bed. This unit has three spacious bathrooms and large laundry room. The living room and kitchen area have beautiful floor to ceiling views of Little Lagoon. The living room features a sleeper sofa. This unit gives you the best of both worlds! The property has much to offer, if you want the beach or the lagoon this property offers it all! After a day at the beach, you can enjoy fishing from the newly updated lighted pier. You can also take a swim in the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, or outdoor hot tub. There is also a workout room for your enjoyment! When you are ready for the beach, you can enjoy the deeded beach access with private boardwalk to bask in the sun! This is located just across the street from the property. I know it’s prime rental season in the area and turnover happens quickly. However, the floors in 2 of 3 bathrooms were still dirty and walls could use a nice wipe in all three bathrooms. The floors still felt pretty sandy for being cleaned before we arrived. With the price of the condo, bathroom cleaning should be a top priority. ##### Chelsea T. We did have couple of hiccups, one air went out 2nd day there and rental management company was so accommodating gave us another unit to sleep in and go back and forth till ours was fix. Then storm knocked one off the water pumps out laat night , but pool bathrooms had shower and water so there we went lol . Loved the fact only 3 units per floor so no fighting for elevator. If I have to give a con that would be no snack-shack/ tiki bar on grounds. But I do believe our family has it new vacation spot. Kym ##### kym h. Found this rental on VRBO. We have been to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area yearly for past 20 years but have never stayed on west side of Gulf Shores before. Decided to try it out since it seemed less crowded. If you like the night scene and walking distance to Hangout and such this place is not for you. But if you enjoy Peaceful and relaxing beach, quiet sunrise and sunset this place is for you. Beautiful 3BR/3BA condo with balcony overlooking beach and balcony overlooking lagoon. I was really worried about staying across the road fr The property was very nice and enjoyed it. You had the Lagoon on one side of the ocean across the street, which was a very, very easy walk to get to the ocean more than I expected. The space allowed for our whole family to be comfortable and the views of the ocean and the lagoon were great! The only issue we had was lack of bigger pots and pans. We tried to eat in a couple of times and it was difficult to cook some things. The property was clean and well kept. The washing machine had to be repaired and the property company had it fixed the day after we checked in, it didn’t interrupt our vacation at all! The water filter in the fridge needs to be replaced as the ice maker wouldn’t make much ice due to this. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all of our friends to stay here! ##### Ben K. Super clean, roomie for teens and littler siblings to have space after long days by the beach and/or fishing. It’s not in the busy part of town, which is nice. The local pizza place is amazing.
