The only two reasons I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 is because the lock on the door is awful. It was near impossible to open the door each time we entered. Also, the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. The sink is very shallow and the water sprays everywhere. Just very frustrating. Overall, wonderful trip! ##### Emily G. Apr 22, 2025 #### Vacation stay We had a fabulous time at the Beach Baller Ocean House. An amazing view so close to the ocean. Really enjoyed the accommodation. The washer and dryer were fabulous. We found a couple of dishes that were not totally clean, and had to wash a couple of the pans before we could use them. There was a broom which was super handy, however there was no dust pan. That made it interesting to try and sweep up any dust/sand. Around the door going into the main bedroom there were big clumps of dust around the door frame closest to the wall. Oct 31, 2024 #### Good value for the money With so many aging condos on the beach, I don't like to leave reviews out of context. Being an older condo, this one is showing signs of aging. That being said, the beds were comfortable and new. The kitchen was clean and in great shape. The only real issue was that the AC wasn't working when we showed up. Fortunately, we went in October, and it wasn't really that big of an issue. The only lesson to pass on is do not submit a maintenance request, as it doesn't appear to work. This particular unit on the property was very cleaned, well kept and the layout is nice. The beach area was spacious and the pool was a nice size even with a crowd. The property did not have a fitness center or hot tub as advertised.
